General Information

  • HappyBoards operates out of ghost commercial kitchens around Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens to provide the best on-demand delivery experience. 

  • HappyBoards allows you to select all of your favorite cheese & charcuterie items with the cllick of a button and will be delivered straight to your door.

    Making boards at home is fun, but can be more expensive since you're buying a lot of extra ingredients in larger quantities. With HappyBoards, we've perfected recipes that provide a beautiful and balanced experience.

    HappyBoards is great for events (both at home or in the office) when you are hosting!  

  • HappyBoards are made in commercial kitchens by professional chefs. Our facilities does not have any peanuts, but our menu does contain a variety of other tree nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc). Please let us know when placing your order if you would like nuts removed. Our team will change gloves and make sure to avoid contact. Similarly let us know if you are gluten-free. 

    Also, HappyBoards is vegetarian and vegan-friendly. First, for all of our boards, all meat items are packaged separately to avoid any cross contamination (i.e. if you are hosting friends and order a PartyBoard, the meat will arrive in a separate tray). Second, if you order any of our vegetarian items, our team will change gloves and prepare your items. 

  • Manhattan, Brooklyn, Newark, Jersey City, Forest Hills, Jackson heights, Corona and Elmhurst, LIC, Astoria, Sunnyside and Stamford CT. 

  • On-demand orders are prepared immediately. Your order is usually ready for pickup in 15-30 minutes. We budget 30-60 minutes for delivery depending on distance, courier availability, traffic and weather conditions. Our customer team will text you updates throughout your order.

  • Yes! We have a Make Your Own HappyBoard, PartyBoard, GrazingBoard and a Make Your Own Event options.

  • When you order from happyboards.com your credit card statement will show as a charge from Deliverect or Square. These are our software partners that operate the menu and processes the payment. We do not store or have access to any of your financial information.

  • Up to 365 days.

Order Issues & Refunds

  • Oops! Sorry about that... all delivery bags look alike, and your HappyBoards may have accidentally been swapped with another other at pick-up time, or by the courier at delivery. For each order, you should have received a text message from our customer team.

    Please let them know ASAP and they will check with our kitchen team and delivery partner to track down your order, and re-send it immediately.

    If we are unable to locate the item, we'll remake and re-send to you or give you the option for a 100% refund, with our apologies.

  • Oops, no worries. Please let our customer team know via text message, and we'll follow up with the delivery partner and courier for a proof of delivery photo and find out where it was left.

    The most common issue is the courier dropping it off at the wrong address. If that's the case, we'll offer to remake and re-send or give you the option for a full 100% refund, with our apologies.

    But, if you fat-fingered and put in the wrong address, that's on you!


  • If there is an issue with your order and it was placed via our partners like EZCater, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub, let us know and we’ll request a refund on your behalf. You can also request a refund through their apps.
